The TVR-17 Controller is a character from the Captain Scarlet And The Mysterons episode White As Snow. He is the controller of the radio satellite TVR-17. He organised Bob Lynn to return to Earth at midnight, but plans were changed by Captain Black after he tied up the Controller and forced a premature entry.
The Controller was voiced by Martin King.
