The Robots are from the British TV series Supercar, and can be seen in the episode The Lost City.
Professor Watkins, a mad Englishman, has a plan to destroy Washington with a guided missile from his hideout beneath a lost city. He has built as least three robots to help him with his plan (Robots 4, 16 and 30).
All three robots were voiced by George Murcell.
