Harper is a recurring character from the British television series Supercar
Not all of Team Black Rock's detractors solely covet Supercar for their own, as does their most persistent foe, the ever-cunning Masterspy. There are others, who harbor no-less-nefarious plans and schemes of their own...

Harper hails from the "first get mad, then get even" school of criminality. A genuinely-talented member of JFP Electronics Limited in England, he nonetheless carries a big chip on his shoulder - privately grousing about being repeatedly passed-over for promotions and criticism from management of harboring "no initiative." Thusly self-absorbed, and with the need to feel superior, he and his safe-cracking cohort Ben Judd plot a spectacular heist that will elevate him and embarrass his employer...and intends to make the Marvel of the Age, visiting from its home base in America, the instrument of his revenge...
First appearing in the episode Grounded, Harper later returns in Phantom Piper and yet again in Hostage. No mere petty criminal, he proves himself to be a crafty, canny foe who is not above exploiting Team Black Rock's innate heroic nature for his own ends!
