He was voiced by David Graham.

Trivia

• The puppet used for Hitchins also appeared as Simms in the episode Path Of Destruction, Executive Moore in Vault of Death, one of the Unnamed Casino Croupiers in The Duchess Assignment, and as Morrison in Security Hazard. In Atlantic Inferno, he briefly appears on television as a TV reporter, and in The Man From MI.5, he put in a cameo as a passenger on board Fireflash. Finally (?), he appears as a Satellite HQ operative in the episode Cry Wolf.
