Commander of the International Space Control
The International Space Control Commander is a character from the Thunderbirds episode Ricochet. He is in charge of the Government entity responsible for monitoring and controlling space traffic, including the location and position of ISC registered satellites.
KLA, being a pirate station, was not registered with ISC, with near disastrous consequences.
