The crook with machine gun is a character from the Thunderbirds episode Brink Of Disaster. He is one of two crooks in a Ford Thunderbird convertible who try to machine-gun Lady Penelope, while she was driving back to Creighton-Ward Manor.
He was voiced by Ray Barrett.
