The 5th London Police Officer is a character from the Captain Scarlet And The Mysterons episode Big Ben Strikes Again. He and the sixth police officer were assigned to locate Macey's missing transporter after it was hi-jacked by the Mysterons. They were unsuccessful.
He was voiced by Jeremy Wilkin.

- The puppet used for the 5th Police Officer was later used as the 2nd Medical Student in Operation Time, and is not Captain Ochre, as commonly thought.
