The Second Technician worked at the desalination plant at Burgossa (on the coast of Portugal), was the second British experiential plant to explode after 250 hours in operation in The Secret Service episode A Question Of Miracles.
He was voiced by Jeremy Wilkin.

- The puppet for Second Technician was previously used as Doctor Breck in the Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons episode Shadow Of Fear and then appears as a Spectrum Guard in Codename Europa.
- In Joe 90 the puppet was used for a Technician in International Concerto.
- It later appears in The Secret Service as the 2nd Prison Guard in To Catch A Spy.
